Order Processing

  • On-Demand Production: Each product is custom-made on-demand. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order is shipped.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Times

  • Once your order has been produced, shipping times will vary based on your location and chosen shipping method:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • International Shipping: 7-14 business days

Please note that these times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of your order, and your selected shipping method.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.
  • If you do not receive your tracking information within 48 hours after your order has been marked as shipped, please contact us at hello@cedarandsail.com.

International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
  • Shipping times may vary due to customs clearance procedures.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@cedarandsail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If you still cannot locate your package, let us know for further assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@cedarandsail.com. Changes can only be made before your order is shipped.

Returns Due to Undeliverable Address

  • Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will be subject to additional shipping charges if you request a re-shipment. Refunds will not include the initial shipping cost.
